Julia Hornberger, (PhD), is senior researcher at the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology, University of Zurich and a research fellow at the African Centre for Migration and Society, University of the Witwatersrand. She is also a co-founder of the Johannesburg Workshop in Theory and Criticism (JWTC).
Darshan Vigneswaran coordinates the Immigration Enforcement and the State in Africa initiative, co-coordinates an EU-funded Network of Excellence in Qualitative Research with partners in the UK, Ghana and Accra, edits the Migration Methods and Field Notes Series.
