Zandile holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree from Solusi University. She has vast experience in the financial and non governmental organizations sectors in fundraising and operations management, both in Zimbabwe and South Africa. She is a 2011 DAAD Masters Scholarship recipient. Her area of research is on exploring perspectives of Zimbabwean migrants on the factors that influence their decisions to apply for identity documents in their host country.
