Boipelo Moagaesi

Boipelo has extensive background and passion for community work which culminated in her being awarded the Round Square King Constantine Award for ‘self effacement in the common cause’ (2004). She graduated with a BA degree in International Studies and Communication (double major) from Monash University Malaysia. She completed her Honours degree in Drama for Life Programme from the University of Witwatersrand. Her honours research involved working with refugee women and children at Bienvenu shelter in Johannesburg. With a concern for global governance and how it affects developing nations, her research topic will focus on refugee policy and how it is interpreted and implemented at a local level.
