Quantin has a Honours Degree in Anthropology which he received in 2005, after completing an internship on a programme for the preservation of indigenous trees in Chile.
Aline has a Diploma in Journalism and Communication and has worked in such diverse fields as Education, Peace-building, Prison Monitoring, Lobby and Advocacy for refugees and migrants, and psychological care for women victims of war and poverty. She has worked in both the RDC and in South Africa.
Zandile holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree from Solusi University. She has vast experience in the financial and non governmental organizations sectors in fundraising and operations management, both in Zimbabwe and South Africa. She is a 2011 DAAD Masters Scholarship recipient.
